Smiley Face Reward Chart 7 Days

Smiley face reward charts are ideal for use in the home or school setting.

The most effective rewards for good behaviour are positive attention and praise for the simple reason that they underpin good behaviour and help a child make the connection between what you are saying and what they have just done.

Award a smiley for good behaviour using the smiley face reward chart and when your child has earned enough smiley faces to reach the end of the chart, you can reward them with extra points for their team or perhaps grant extra golden time.

If you are using this chart at home you may choose to hand out a special reward or extra pocket money when they reach the end of their chart.

One variation you could try would be to reinforce the good behaviour by introducing negative comments when the child misbehaves. Take off a sticker from the chart and tell the child why you are doing this, so that they understand there there are consequences for their undesirable actions.
