What Are Downloads?

Downloadable resources are files that are delivered within minutes directly to your computer over the Internet. This means that you receive your resources very quickly (even if it's 2 in the morning) with no waiting for postal deliveries, We save the cost of CDs, packaging and postage and pass on these savings directly to you. The environment benefits as no packaging is involved and no vehicle or aviation fuel used in delivering your resources to you. How the process works in detail is explained below.

Checkout Success

When you have completed checkout you will arrive at the checkout success page, which provides download links so you can fetch your resources. You will have also been sent an e-mail telling you that your checkout has been successful.

Missing e-mail?

Important - some e-mail systems may mistakenly consign your order confirmation e-mail to your "junk" or "spam" folder. If you haven't received your purchase confirmation e-mail, do check your spam or junk folder just to make sure.

If you made a mistake when entering your e-mail address then your e-mail will not be delivered. You will need to use the Contact Us page in this event and give us as much information as possible about your order so that we can help you, along with your correct e-mail address.

Even if you can't find your order confirmation e-mail, simply go and login as described (obtaining a password reminder first if you need to).

Login Link

If you take a look at your purchase confirmation e-mail, you will find a link under the heading "Detailed Invoice". If you click this link then you should be taken to the site (where you can log in and collect your resources if you did not collect them from the checkout success page).

Forgot Your Password?

If, when you go to login, you don't remember your password (or didn't set one up having used express checkout), you can click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter your e-mail address and the store will e-mail your password through to you straight away.

My Account

Once you have logged in, click on "My Account" at the top of the page and your list of orders will be displayed. Click on the "view" button next to the relevant order details and you will be sent to a page that shows you a detailed break down of the products in your order.

Order Details Page

As you scroll down the order details page, you will see that the store lists each product purchased and next to each product is a "download" button. Click the download button and choose "Save to Disc" or "Save File". You will need to do this for each product in your order. Do make a note of where on your computer you saved your resources - or you may need to repeat the process all over again!

No Download Buttons?

Our store has a security feature that disables download links after 5 downloads or 5 days, whichever comes sooner. We can reset this for you easily. You will need to use the contact us page to send us a message and give us as much information as possible about your order so that we can help you, along with your correct e-mail address.
