How do I download my resources?

When you complete your order you will arrive at the checkout success page which includes download links for the products that you have ordered. If you click away from this page or for some reason need to download your products again then you will need to log into your account to download the resources. You have an account created for you even if you use Express Checkout. For more information, please see "Collecting Your Resources".

You are given your download links as soon as you complete checkout. I logged off before I collected my downloads. What do I do?

I have never used downloads before - is it difficult?

No it isn't. Most people prefer to download resources at they are delivered in minutes and there are no postage costs. You can try the store out at your leisure by downloading one or more of our free resources. See "Collecting Your Resources" for details.

Why can't I see any download buttons?

Your download links expire after 5 days or 5 downloads, whichever comes first, as a security precaution. We can reset your account easily. See "Collecting Your Resources".

May I use these resources at school if I bought them at home?

Yes, you are licensed to use your resources at home or at school. You may want to print out your resources at school to save your ink!

Can I change the font? Can I change anything at all?

That depends on what you want to change! The vast majority of our resources are delivered as pdf documents for maximum compatibility with the greatest number of computers. This ensures that documents are displayed in the same way irrespective of the type of PC that you have (Windows, Apple Mac, Linux). The vast majority of the Power Point presentations are, however, in editable format although we don't offer support for editing documents.

Please may I have a bulk discount?

Most certainly! To do so you will need to buy a particular type of gift certificate. We will be publishing a selection of gift certificates in the near future - a number of which will be permanently discounted.

Can I or my school take out an annual subscription?

We considered this option but decided that subscriptions are more appropriate for sites that offer a large number of individual resources. Our site is focussed on creating ready made resource packs that save you a great deal of preparation time. Subscription based sites tend to supply individual resources or relatively small sets of resources and leave you with the time-consuming task of assembling the resource pack yourself. Instead, you can purchase bulk-buy gift certificates and in this way you can precisely buy only the resources that interest you.

How do I open a zip / pdf / power point file?

See "What Your PC Needs" for details. Many PCs already have everything they need to work with our resources. In some cases you may need to download and install one or more additional programs. You can try the store out at your leisure by downloading one or more of our free resources. See "Collecting Your Resources" for details.

Can I have my resources delivered to a particular address?

It is up to you to initiate the delivery of your resources. Once you do so, your resources are delivered electronically within minutes. See "Collecting Your Resources".

I need my resource pack on Monday. When will I get it?

Please will you e-mail my resources to me?

Unfortunately, our resource packs are in almost all cases too large for the majority of e-mail systems to handle. Fortunately, however, downloading is relatively straightforward as you will see in "Collecting Your Resources".

How often will I receive a newsletter?

Not that often. We tend to use our newsletters to announce new products and special offers. In practice this means once a month or so. In any event, you can choose not to receive our newsletter when you sign up. If you do choose to receive our mailings, you will find that they include opt out links at the end which ensure that you can instantly remove yourself from future mailings with one or two clicks if you so desire.
