How To Order And Pay

<<< Previously - How To Use Our Site

When You Are Ready To Checkout

Once you have finished shopping, go to checkout and make any adjustment to the contents of your cart as desired. To check out, you can either use PayPal Express Checkout or you can create an account before you complete your order. Creating an account allows you to redeem and spend gift certificates and refer to past orders. You will also need an account to receive our newsletter.

Express Checkout Or Create An Account?

If you don't create an account before you order, you will still have an account created for you but you won't have a password and you will need to use the "Forgot your password?" link and enter your e-mail address if you need to access your order again after completing checkout.

Temporary Or Permanent Shopping Cart?

If you don't have an account at the store and start placing goods into your shopping cart then you are effectively using a "temporary cart". If you leave the site without completing an order, the contents of your temporary cart are lost. If on the other hand you log in (either with an existing account or by creating a new account), anything in your temporary cart is moved to your member's shopping cart. If you log out before checking out, the store will remember the contents of your shopping cart for the next time you log in. If you complete the order, the cart is emptied and the contents of the shopping cart now form part of a completed order.

Collecting Your Resources

Once you have checked out, you will be able to download your resources straight away. You will also be sent an e-mail with the order download details. This is useful if you aren't able to collect your resources at the time for any particular reason. See Collecting Your Resources for details.

Questions?

If you have any questions at all about any part of the process then please see Frequent Questions. If you still need help, please don't hesitate to send us a message through our Contact Us page. We will do our best to help.
