Number Fan 0-9 With Signs

This Number Fan includes the digits 0-9 and the signs of +, =, X, - and ÷.

Number fans are a popular way of working with a group or whole class on number work. They are mainly used for 'show me' type activities, where the teacher asks a question to the whole class and then monitors the range of responses.

You will need to print, cut out, laminate and fasten the components together with a split pin. You can print as many as you need for your class and make a few spares as well to be on the safe side!

You can make a number fan with just one set, but this restricts responses to numbers with no duplicates. Or you can make a fan with two sets, allowing answers to questions such as, 'show me double 11'.
For younger children you could use just the digits 0-5.
