Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Initially we will only be selling downloadable products and therefore there will be no shipping involved. When our first physical products are available then we will update this page.

Returns

Returns may be necessary for a number of reasons - damage during shipping, defects of manufacture and incorrect product delivery to name a few. With downloadable products, most of these factors are not involved so this will leave issues such as compatability with your particular computer system.

We believe that we can avoid all such disappointments by providing you with free test samples to ensure that your PC is compatible with the file types we use. We even provide you with the means to install missing software so that you can confidently buy our products.

Once you are sure that your PC can work with our products then you are safe to purchase as many titles as you need. We provide you with detailed specifiications of the products including quality photographs. The only remaining issue is the electronic delivery and you will find that this is generally quick and trouble-free. We will provide every assistance if you have difficulties.

Summary

* We provide sample documents so you can check your PC for compatability (link)

* Samples include zip, pdf, power point and sound files

* You will be able to verify that your PC can use our resources and therefore order with confidence

* We provide photographs of the resources to show you a selection of what you will receive

* Usually there are more resources included in the products than will fit in one photograph

For these reasons, we do not offer refunds for downloadable products.

When we start shipping physical products, we will naturally handle returns for any products damaged in transit or that prove to be defective. Full details of our returns procedures and terms will be provided as soon as physical products are launched.

Finally, if you have any questions at all about any part of the process then please don't hesitate to send us a message through our "contact us" page.
